Penney is a seasoned therapist who honors the innate gifts within each person.  She views therapy as teamwork, and brings a wealth of experience and skill to the therapy process.  Being mindful of psychological, physical, and spiritual health, Penney stays abreast of current research and counseling practices to best serve her clients.   She honors persons of all races, genders, and sexual orientations.

Penney is licensed with the Minnesota Board of Psychology and holds an MS in Counseling/Psychology.  She co-founded Northern Lights Counseling Center in 2003.
